Graveside services for former Carlyle resident William G. Kahroff will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 15, at St. Mary’s cemetery in Carlyle.
Mr. Kahroff, a resident of Independence, Mo., died Friday, Dec. 9, 1994, at his home. He was 46 years old.
A son of Henry and Florence Wuebbels Kahroff, he was born in Breese on Jan. 10, 1948. He married Karen Thanow in Independence on Oct. 17, 1981, and she survives.
Other survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Margie Seiffert of Carlyle and Mrs. JoAnn Eilerman of Highland; and one brother, Orie Kahroff of Carlyle.
Mr. Kahroff was employed by Household Finance for many years and previously as a banker in Kansas City. He graduated from Mater Dei High School in 1966 and attended Eastern Illinois University. He had served in Vietnam.
The Zieren-Day Funeral Home in Carlyle was in charge of arrangements.
