Carolyn J. Bauman-Wayne, 55, of Summerfield died Tuesday, June 22nd, 2004, at her residence.
She was born Dec. 15th, 1948, in Rochester, Ind., the daughter of Emerson and Norma Kuhn Burns.
Surviving is her mother, Norma of Akron, Ind.; her husband, Clyde Wayne of Summerfield; two sons, Wendell Newcomb of San Jose, Calif., and Greg Newcomb of Summerfield; and a daughter, Traci Parker of Summerfield.
Three stepchildren, Charity Tabor of Palm Beach, Fla., Clyde Wayne II and Clint Wayne, both of Pensacola, Fla.; nine grandchildren; a brother, Randy Burns of Akron; and two sisters, Janet Black of Akron and Marcia Mikels of Etna Green, Ind., also survive.
She was preceded in death by her father, Emerson.
She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, daughter and sister. She always had an ear to listen and give advice. If she was needed, she was there. She will be missed by all who knew her. She was a wonderful person.
Funeral services will be Friday, June 25th, at 10 a.m. at Moss Funeral Home in Trenton, with Rev. Gary Kniepkamp officiating.
Burial will follow in Summerfield Cemetery.
Visitation will be Thursday, June 24th, from 6 to 9 p.m. and Friday, June 25th, from 8 to 9:45 a.m. at the funeral home.
